Admin controls

What admins can do today

We would rather list a short set of controls that work than a long one that doesn’t.

Admins can

  • Invite people, remove them, and make someone an Admin or a Member.
  • Change who can see any meeting in the workspace, not just their own.
  • Add, pause and rotate signed webhooks.
  • Decide whether private meetings also post to Slack, Notion and webhooks (off by default).
  • Edit or remove Shortcuts that have been shared with the workspace.
  • Set the name the meeting bot uses when it joins a call (Team plan).

Not on the Team plan

  • Single sign-on (SAML / OIDC). Available on Enterprise; email us.
  • Audit logs and custom data retention. Enterprise conversations only.
  • Finer-grained roles than Admin and Member.
  • Per-member usage caps. Paid plans have no meeting limit.

Work where your team already is

Shared meetings go where they’re needed

When a meeting is shared with the workspace, it can post itself to your team’s tools. Private meetings stay put unless an admin says otherwise.

Slack

The title, summary, notes, action items and a link post to the channel you choose.

Notion

Each shared meeting is saved as a page in the Notion database you pick.

Webhooks

A signed recording.ready event to any URL, retried if your endpoint is down.

Shared Shortcuts

Turn a prompt you wrote into a workspace Shortcut and everyone can run it on their own meetings.
