Are there hidden AI credits or usage fees?
No. Kolasys charges a flat rate — unlimited AI summaries, unlimited Ask Kolasys queries, and unlimited transcription on paid plans. We will never introduce AI credits.
What are the Free plan limits?
The Free plan includes 3 meetings per calendar month, resetting on the 1st, in one workspace. Each meeting gets full transcription, AI notes, and action items — no per-minute metering. Paid plans have no meeting limit.
What languages are supported?
Kolasys transcribes 15 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic and Hindi, plus auto-detect. Pick one when you upload or re-transcribe a recording, or set a default for your workspace.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is my data private?
New meetings are private to you until you share them. Audio is kept so you can play it back, until you delete the meeting; turn on "Auto-delete audio after transcription" in Settings to remove it as soon as the transcript is done. Audio is stored encrypted, and we do not train AI models on your data.
What is the Apple Watch app?
The Kolasys Apple Watch app comes with the iPhone app. Tap Start Kolasys or the watch-face complication and the watch records on its own, even with your phone in another room. The recording syncs to your iPhone afterwards, and you get a tap on the wrist and the notes on the watch when they are ready.
