Plugs into the tools you already use

Your calendar tells Kolasys what’s coming up. Your Mac, phone or an optional bot records it. The notes go to Slack, Notion, your own code, or your AI assistant.

Calendars

Know what’s next

Connect a calendar from Settings → Calendar. Kolasys reads event titles, times, attendees and meeting links. It never writes to your calendar.

Google Calendar

Upcoming meetings show on the web, in the Mac menu bar, on iPhone and on Apple Watch. Attendees feed People & Companies.

Microsoft 365 / Outlook

The same, for Outlook calendars. Connect one or both.

Zoom · Google Meet · Microsoft Teams

Two ways to record any call

Pick per meeting. Most people use the Mac app for calls they’re on, and the bot for the ones they can’t make.

Mac audio — no bot

The Mac app records your computer’s audio and your microphone, so it works with Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack huddles, or a phone call through your Mac. Nobody else sees anything join. You start and stop it from the menu bar.

Meeting bot — when you can’t be there

Send a notetaker to a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, or have it join your calendar meetings automatically (a setting you can turn off). It joins as a named participant, “Kolasys AI” by default, so everyone can see it.

In person? Record on iPhone or on your Apple Watch.

Send notes

Notes go where your team works

Meetings shared with your workspace post automatically. Private meetings stay private unless an admin turns on “Post private meetings too.”

Slack

Paste a Slack incoming-webhook URL in Settings → Integrations. Each shared meeting posts its title, summary, action items and a link.

Notion

Connect Notion and choose a database. Each shared meeting becomes a page with the notes and action items.

Webhooks

Admins add an endpoint in Settings. Every finished meeting sends a signed recording.ready POST, retried up to three times.

REST API

Build on your meetings

Create a key in Settings → API keys. It’s shown once, starts with kol_, and only reaches your own workspace. A key sees the meetings its creator can see, and no one else’s private ones.

MCP

Ask Claude or Cursor about your meetings

Kolasys runs a remote MCP server. Point any MCP client that lets you set an Authorization header at it, using the same kol_ API key.

Server URL
https://app.kolasys.ai/api/mcp
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http kolasys https://app.kolasys.ai/api/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer kol_your_key"
Cursor — .cursor/mcp.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "kolasys": {
      "url": "https://app.kolasys.ai/api/mcp",
