Where Kolasys is different
No bot unless you want one
The Mac app records your call from the menu bar. The bot is there for meetings you can’t attend.
Apple Watch
The watch records on its own, even with your phone away, and the notes come back to your wrist.
Private by default
New meetings are visible only to you. Share each one with your workspace when you choose.
When Fireflies may fit better
- You need an Android app. Kolasys is iPhone-only on mobile.
- You want a bot in every meeting on everyone’s calendar, managed centrally.
Moving from Fireflies
Download your Fireflies export as a ZIP and drop it into Kolasys → Import. Titles, dates, summaries, transcripts and action items come across.
